Refund policy
At Vanlove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, here’s how you can return or exchange it:
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item:
You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days from receiving it.
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note, we cannot refund the original shipping costs, except in the case of faulty items.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at hello@vanlove.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We'll send instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely, attach the supplied prepaid label and post it to the address provided.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.
Please email hello@vanlove.com within 14 days of receiving the faulty item, including proof of fault/damage, and we will arrange for a free return.
INCORRECT SIZE
If your item is the incorrect size, we will be happy to send you a replacement (stock depending).
Please email hello@vanlove.com within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will be in touch to arrange an exchange (return postage applies)
